Booking contract
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a DXB reference number. The contract is between you and DXB.IST as tour operator; for flights and hotels booked through us, the carrier's or hotel's conditions also apply.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes. Payment is by card via Stripe, by bank transfer, or by 'reserve now, pay later' where offered. Unpaid reservations are released after 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation by you
Day tours and cruises: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time; 100% charge thereafter. Multi-day packages and Cappadocia trips: free cancellation up to 14 days before departure; 50% between 14 and 7 days; 100% within 7 days. Non-refundable flight and hotel components are always charged as incurred.
Changes and cancellation by us
We may alter or cancel an experience for safety, weather or force majeure. You will be offered an alternative date, a comparable experience or a full refund of the affected component. Hot-air balloon flights cancelled by the aviation authority are refunded in full.
Your responsibilities
You must hold a valid passport, any required visa and travel insurance, arrive at meeting points on time, and follow the guide's safety instructions and local dress and conduct rules. We are not liable for costs arising from missed departures or refused entry.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the affected service, except where the law does not allow such limitation. We are not responsible for services not provided by us, including airlines and hotels, beyond assisting you with a claim.
Governing law
Bookings for Dubai services are governed by the laws of the UAE; bookings for Türkiye services by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
